Selling hospitality & events is very similar to placing folks in their dream homes. Showing the space, organizing the purchase and working alongside the client until “game day”. Now gameday is closing and I have the privilege of handing new homeowners the keys to their new home! Although I thought I was in the big leagues before, I now realize that now, buying & selling dream homes is the real big
leagues. Transforming my sales skills was a breeze; it simply requires that I be a good listener. I love the challenge of finding the perfect fit for my clients. Once we find it, then we secure it! Developing relationships with the listing agents and learning the best way to present the offer is key. Hailing from the melting pot of the SF Bay Area means that I’ve experienced folks from all walks of life. I served on the Diversity Council for the team I worked for and learned a lot about unconscious bias and how to respect people of all cultures and backgrounds. I enjoy working alongside my clients from beginning to end; from loan approval, home shopping, making an offer, getting our offer accepted, the inspections and repairs to the appraisal and final walk through. Then my favorite; game day. I’ve earned the privilege to walk you up the front path of your new home and get to hand you your keys. We moved to the Pacific Northwest a couple of years back. The mountains, fish in the rivers & great cost of living has been rejuvenating. I love working in the community. My wife & I support many non-profit organizations and we are passionate about treating everyone with respect and miss seeing everyone’s smiles behind their masks. We reside in Salmon Creek and enjoy entertaining friends & family with good food and drink. My favorite part of the Pacific Northwest is the people. Everyone has been so welcoming, friendly, caring and authentic. It would be an honor, to be your realtor professional and guide you with my experience all the way to gameday.
