SOLD on this beautiful property.

My buyers didn't want to see this home at first. They had specific needs they weren't sure it would meet. I had a feeling it was perfect for them. We toured some other homes over a couple weeks, and it was clear they weren't excited about any of them.

Then I slipped this one back in when setting up our next tour of TEN homes, and they agreed to see it. As we walked through, their eyes lit up and they had smiles I hadn't seen before. I knew it was the one.

We were competing with another offer the sellers were in negotiations with. So I wrote and sent our offer from my phone during one of Jade's gymnastics meets🤸‍♀️because time was of the essence. That's not an easy task!
