She utilized her degree to help people in need by researching how to improve the quality of care in community-based services like substance abuse treatment and domestic violence shelters. Happily sipping iced tea in Texas right about now, these sellers held steady through a two State contingent transaction that was a nail biter at the end. The success and ease or lack thereof of real estate transactions is just as much a function of the buyers and sellers as it is about the real estate brokers.
