I love to play pickleball! This year, I decided to sponsor a local team. They reflect the best values of enjoying, competing and/or winning, while being good sports in and away from the game! 🏆

Reflecting on an amazing summer… it went by so fast, but you know what they say… time flies when you’re selling homes! Wait… do they say that? 😂

As we move into the last stretch of the year, I just feel grateful for 2022 and all my awesome clients that I’ve had the opportunity to serve.

As some of you may know, I am a licensed Realtor AND Mortgage Loan Originator, which makes me your 2 for 1 specialist when it comes to buying a home!

On the Real Estate side, I work with and I love it there. On the Mortgage side, I recently transitioned over to a great new brokerage, . I am so excited to have joined the team, and to use their tools to do what I love most: help my clients buy property and save money while doing so!

As we head into cooler temperatures, remember that a lot of buyers taper off their house hunt. This is great, because sellers become more eager to make a deal! It could be a very good time to capitalize on the market and get into a new home before the holidays!

Now more than ever, it’s important to be smart and strategic when preparing to list your home on the market.

Over the summer we’ve seen a shift in the market from an extreme seller’s market, back to much more balanced. Listing your home over value will not likely yield many offers out of the gate.

Consider listing your home at market value and keep buyer’s interested, and potentially set yourself up for a multiple offer situation or bidding war!
