A maintenance clean is designed to help keep a home fresh, clean, and well-maintained between deeper cleaning services. It’s a great fit for households that stay fairly tidy day-to-day and want help staying on top of the routine cleaning tasks that keep a home looking its best.

Our maintenance cleans typically include:

Maintenance cleaning is intended to maintain a home’s condition over time. A little about Stellar Homes 🤍

While many people know us for our cleaning services, that’s only one piece of what we do. Today, Stellar Homes supports homeowners and property owners through cleaning, short-term rental management, maintenance coordination, and hands-on property care.

Stellar Homes was built from a love of homes, hospitality, and helping people.

Years ago, while trying to make ends meet, I began renting out rooms in my home to help cover the bills. What started as a necessity quickly became something I genuinely enjoyed, and before long I found myself falling in love with hospitality and everything that goes into creating a great experience for the people who walk through the door.

I loved designing cozy spaces. I loved the details that make a home feel cared for. Most of all, I loved creating spaces where people felt comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.

Over time, what started as caring for our own properties eventually grew into caring for others’, and Stellar Homes was born.

The name “Stellar” wasn’t chosen by accident. It reflects the standard we strive for every day.

Not just good enough. Not just checking boxes.

But providing the kind of service that makes people feel cared for, supported, and confident that their property is in good hands.

Whether we’re cleaning a family home, preparing a guest-ready rental, coordinating repairs, managing a short-term rental, or helping homeowners care for and maintain their properties, the goal is always the same:

To provide exceptional service, take pride in our work, and care for every property with the same attention and integrity we would expect for our own.

This property needed a full reset, detailed deep cleaning, and touch-ups before it could be ready for the next occupant. We help owners handle the messy part by taking care of the cleaning, small repairs, and overall property reset so they don’t have to juggle multiple vendors.
