Let me tell you a story about patience, great timing, and grit.
This young couple was referred to me by an amazing colleague, Allie Seifert several years ago. They were looking to relocate back to the PNW to be near family and start one of their own. After years of looking for just the right house, that special gem, it finally happened. The perfect home finally hit the market. It checked all the boxes!

Add in a good school district and great natural light and it was definitely the winner. When cream puffs come on the market, competing against other offers can be tough... but these buyers were prepared and they won the multiple offer situation on this one. Now they have the perfect place to raise their daughter and entertain family and friends!
Wins like these make all the hard work worth it. This family now has something to call their own, and all it took was a little bit of patience, a touch of good timing, and the grit to see it through to the end.
