A price index showed bigger increases in November than in October, just months after it retook its bubble-era high.

Happy fourth of July! This is a great year for Homeowners to sell and move up, or a great time to sell and down size. We still have the home owners exemption of $250,000 eah to a couple without reinvesting.

Unless Congress acts, thousands of families will lose access to safe and affordable mortgages backed by the Rural Housing Service Section (RHS) 502 Program. We need you to remind Congress to keep the door to homeownership open in all markets.

NAR released its spending sales index last week and for the second month in a row the index is up. Clark County and Portland metro shows us that lock box activitiy is up 46% in the last month in Clark County and up 40 % in Portland.

My honest opinion is that those buyers that have been sitting on the fence might be surprised. Many people's opinions are that the the market bottomed out and prices are starting to go up . Our prices have been the lowestve ever seen !

Those of you who havent purchased and want to purchase, need to please get in touch with me and lets make it happen before you lose out on the bargains. I perdict that we are going to have a surge of people jumping in there before it is too late, and of course there will always be some folks that kept on waiting that will basically get left out. The good buys will have passed them by.
