And then there was the snake. 🐍😂

“My son got this huge rubber snake at Disneyland when he was 7 or 8. He used to hide it all over the house to scare Mommy. I’d find it, giggle to myself, and then let out a big scream. He would come running, laughing as hard as he could.”

How could you possibly get rid of that? ❤️

So naturally, this little piece of family history needed its very own photo shoot in the attic. 😂📸

There are more pictures of this empty attic that still need the snake treatment… because apparently, even when you’re preparing a house for market, some memories deserve to come along for the ride.

Grateful for This Beautiful Chapter

Some clients come into your life through a referral… and then become so much more than a transaction. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful for this quiet, kind, and genuinely wonderful couple. Our relationship began through our law enforcement family when my husband’s coworker referred his parents to us, and what a gift that referral has been.
