📍 Closing Day stories are our favorite… especially when they come full circle.

I’ve known Sara since our girls played softball together years ago. Life has a funny way of bringing people back into your story.

Over the last few years, she joined the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, where she works alongside my husband, Billy. She also knows one of our incredible lending partner, Storaci, Sara attended one of our Buyer Classes, with the invite from both Lisa & us and that how she began the journey toward homeownership.

Like many buyers, there were ups and downs, questions, waiting, learning, and finding the right fit. But she stayed the course, trusted the process, and finally found the one. 🏡🔑

Our service to you goes well beyond the closing of your transaction. Sometimes that looks like stepping in during key exchange post closing. After a long month of rent back our Buyers finally received the keys to their new home! All while finishing closing on their home sale.

☀️ It’s been one of those really good spring weeks in real estate… sunshine, smiles, keys exchanged, and lots of moving pieces behind the scenes.

This week we had the honor of handing keys to one excited client as they start their next chapter, while also collecting keys from another homeowner getting ready to launch their home on the market. 🏡🔑

In between showings, prep, and appointments, we’ve also been popping by past clients, checking in, delivering goodies, and catching up before the busy Memorial Weekend ahead. These relationships are truly the best part of what we do. ❤️
