We have been overwhelmed with joy as our brokerage continues to grow!

We have ourselves another winner. Although Oksana Ianos is more on the reserved side, that doesn't stop her from getting out there and getting things done!

Coming from a family of real estate and construction she is well versed in this industry and brings an ample amount of experience to the table. She and her husband (a general contractor) have flipped many homes as well as bought and sold many of their own personal homes.

The funny story about Oksana Ianos is she was actually first a client of our CEO's Santino Filipelli before she became a REALTOR® here at Modern Realty. This prompted an amazing friendship, which developed into an amazing partnership in the real estate industry.

Oksana is outnumbered at home, as she has two little boys, and her husband but she wouldn't have it any other way. She is probably one of the most patient people we know. With a CEO like Santino I guess you have to be... lol.

Like most of our Agents, Oksana is dually licensed and has been crushing it on both sides of the river for the short amount of time she's been a REALTOR®. She has several deals lined up in escrow, as well as some active listings on their way with only a couple months in the industry. Talk about impressive!

Her primary reason for joining real estate was she loves being a part of other peoples home buying experience and able to join in on their story. Having been a buyer herself, she understands how important it is to have quality service and is set out to raise the standard.

When she is not taking care of her boys, she enjoys time with family, friends, traveling, and reading.

A FUN FACT: Oksana used to do makeup for weddings! Also very into Fashion! So she's giving away a free make up session for every house she sells!! :P jk jk.... Well maybe not.
