Sometimes the little things can make a BIG difference — fresh paint, updated hardware, better lighting, a deep clean, or simply making the space feel bright and inviting.

Before you start spending money, ask yourself:

✔️ Will this update make a noticeable difference?
✔️ Will buyers appreciate it?
✔️ Will it help my home show better?
✔️ Will I get enough return on the investment?

My advice? Don’t renovate just to renovate. Focus on the updates that make the most sense for your home and your local market.
