An agent I have worked with asked if I would help with pictures for her listing recently. This is a classic 1970s ranch with 1590 squares, 3 beds and 2 baths. It is situation on one of those classic monster corner lots with a giant front and back yard. They put in a gazillion dollars worth of concrete to made a wider driveway and full length RV pad with complete hookups. She has this thing priced so well I had to share. Less than $480k that's nuts! This place shows like a model. Someone grab your checkbook or call your mortgage broker :) Who wants it?
