WELCOME HOME!! ❤️ I am so excited for my buyer, as she received the key to this adorable townhouse last week.

We searched high and low to find the perfect place for her. We actually backed out of a previous contract after the inspection came back with way too many issues. ALWAYS GET THE INSPECTION! As the saying goes, “everything happens for a reason”. In this case the perfect home was still out there. I will never forget her excitement when I called to tell her the sellers had accepted her offer. ❤️🥰
