When I joined Mike’s team 4 years ago | hadn't closed a single real estate transaction. I knew I liked investing and I believed real estate was one of the safest investments somebody could make, but I didn't know a thing about real estate. Mike not only trained me up as an agent, but he taught me how to change my mindset and how to view myself as a small business. Mike works hard, means what he says, and says what he means. Mike has been my greatest mentor, a friend, he believed in me more than I believed in myself sometimes, and never tried to turn me into someone I'm not. Thank you Mike for investing in me and helping me get to where I am today.
This won't be the last we see of each other and although I won't be a member of Team McCray going forward, I will always root for you and the teams success, and I'll be there to scream as you accept your future awards.

To the rest of Team McCray, you guys are also awesome, but I want Mike to feel special for this post 😅

Late to post but congratulations to my big brother and his fiancé on the purchase of their new home! Devon has always been the one to find the biggest stick when we were camping. Devon will work an 80 hour week and still show up to someone’s house he’s met one time to pour concrete for them or help build a deck or something. Tessa is hardworking, smart, thoughtful, caring and such an incredible partner to my brother. They deserve this more than anyone and it was an honor to help them secure a home they are so proud of!
