Dear AI: What if incomes I am getting in property in each state were actually derived from W-2 jobs instead;, how would my net scenario change for taxes?

Answer: Converting your income from Passive Rental LLCs to W-2 Salary is a massive financial blow. You lose the ability to offset your primary income with your property depreciation, and you are forced to pay into Social Security and Medicare.

In the Real Estate scenarios, your Federal Tax is almost always $0. In the W-2 scenarios, you lose nearly 22% to 25% of your gross pay to taxes.
