Another unbelievably complicated situation with buying a house that ended in a miraculous way. I had a new client, Dmitry, who came to me to buy a house, and Svetlana was supposed to do the loan for him. Besides us, there were many people interested in this three‑story house. Our offer was not the highest in price, but it was the most optimal for the seller. During the paperwork process, it turned out that Dmitry still could not get a loan from the bank. At that moment it was very hard for me to accept the thought that I might lose this option, which had come to me with such difficulty. The seller’s agent showed great wisdom and gave me one day to find another buyer. It was not easy. But by God’s providence, I found another Dmitry who wanted to buy this house, and another Svetlana was already doing the loan for him. I am adding this experience to my collection of miracles❣️
