Jay’s passion for real estate issues developed from the early age while working for his family’s farm and rental residential properties, when he learned the importance of location, relevance of meeting the immediate needs and fitting the sometimes-opposing issues and priorities into an actionable plan.
Having experienced the peaks and trough phases in the real estate cycles twice in the recent history starting with the 1990’s through the 2020’s, as buyer, owner, manager and seller of substantial real estate assets, Jay knows the importance of keeping the fingers on the pulse of cycles in real estate from expansion, peak, contraction and troughs and plan the strategies of buying, owning and selling. Jay decided to contribute to society by making his services available for the young and the mature members of society, who need to enter and exit the real estate market.
