🐾 Iroh Update! 🐾

Our Pledge-a-Pup pup is officially 8 months old, 79 pounds, and doing great! 💙

His foster family says Iroh is loving meeting all kinds of animals and is incredibly gentle with them. Just look at him hanging out with his little four-legged friend! 🐶🥰

He’s also a veggie fan 🍅 and apparently thinks tomatoes make great photo props!

But his absolute favorite thing? Swimming! 🌊🐕 These photos of Iroh enjoying a creek swim say it all.

We love seeing this sweet boy grow, learn, and get closer to his future as a PTSD service dog for a Veteran through Northwest Battle Buddies 🐾💙

But here’s the number that really caught our attention: 136 listings were canceled after sitting on the market for an average of 109 days.

Meanwhile, there are 96 pending sales averaging 52 days on market, plus 34 bumpable listings where buyers are waiting to sell their current home before completing their next purchase.
