2024 is projected to be around 20% better in home sales than 2023.

There are more than 335 million people in the US. ONLY 76,000 NEW homes available for sale right now. That’s 33 new houses for every town of 150,000 people. LOW!

Mortgage rates reached a 23-year high. Sales a 13-year low. Yet, home prices are up 4%. Low demand but lower supply.

From 1981 to 2020, over a 40 yr period, mortgage payments increased by 50% since 2021, mortgage payments have nearly doubled.

Don’t wait for 3% or 4%. Mortgage rates will eventually settle to around 5.50% to 6.0%, says Moody’s. Could be late next year. More likely in 2025.

According to Mortgage News Daily, the NATIONAL AVERAGE rates were DOWN - lowest rates in TWO MONTHS (local rates are often a bit lower):
