We are seeing market time proving to be even more sensitive to the price point. Closings are taking up to 45 days. Many loan programs are changing or going away. I feel like we have a narrow window to move homes without too much of an impact on price in the very short term. This isn't time to test pricing, however. The best condition and best-priced homes are selling first.
