Congratulations to my borrowers on a successful closing and an exciting new chapter ahead!

Being a contingent homebuyer in today's market takes patience, and these buyers couldn't have handled it better. Great communication, persistence, and partnership every step of the way helped turn a failed sale into a SOLD sign. Sometimes the first financing plan doesn't make it to the finish line, but that's where having the right team matters.

A special shout-out to an incredible partnership with another local lender who stepped in and helped get the contingent sale closed in record time when the original lender couldn't get it done.
