Our Vancouver office is being remodeled through the end of the 2025 and our staff is working remotely. Thank you! As the NW's leader in HOA management, AMS is committed to forming positive, solution-oriented partnerships with the communities and boards we serve. Since 1985, AMS has provided superior service to hundreds of communities in Oregon and Washington. We also provide developer services for new communities. AMS is the only management company with the AAMC and AMO accreditations in OR and WA. Our experienced management team provides Free Board Education classes, expert financial management and reporting, a unique Neighborhood Enhancement Program for compliance, an online portal for boards and homeowners, and more.
