📉New Listings: Down 18% year-over-year (207 → 169)
📉Pending Sales: Down 9% (175 → 160)
📈Closed Sales: Up 1% (158 → 160)
📉Back on Market Listings: Down 27% (44 → 32)
📉Price Reductions: Down 10% (269 → 241)
📈Cancelled/Expired Listings: Up 23% (40 → 49)
