We’ve started our second project, this time focusing on affordable, updated housing!

While our first property is still on the market, we’re turning our attention to a mobile home in a 55+ community. The plan is to bring it back to life and make it a safe, comfortable home again. At the end of the day, it’s about creating housing that feels attainable and welcoming, and doing our part to strengthen the community along the way.

After nine weeks of design, construction, late nights, early mornings, and a whole lot of heart, our newest portfolio renovation is officially complete!

What started as a tired split‑level on an overgrown third‑acre lot has become a warm, modern, highly functional home with room to grow, work, host, and breathe.

We hit the market April 1st.
