It’s been a busy fall so far, as we navigate a changing real estate market. We’ve accepted an offer on one of our affordable housing projects and are thrilled to have found a buyer who is genuinely excited to call it home.

At the same time, we’ve welcomed our first tenants into our mid-term rental unit. We’ve furnished a home designed specifically for professionals in the medical and tech industries who are contracted to work in our area for several months at a time.

It’s rewarding to see opportunities emerge in different parts of the housing market, and we’re grateful for the chance to serve both homeowners and working professionals in our community. Here’s to embracing new chapters and adapting to what’s next.

We’ve started our second project, this time focusing on affordable, updated housing!

While our first property is still on the market, we’re turning our attention to a mobile home in a 55+ community. The plan is to bring it back to life and make it a safe, comfortable home again. At the end of the day, it’s about creating housing that feels attainable and welcoming, and doing our part to strengthen the community along the way.
