• For sale by owner homes often sell for around 26% less than homes that are listed with an agent.
• Only 6% of for sale by owner homes make it onto the multiple listing service, which is a tool used by other realtors in our area to help their clients find or sell properties.
• Only 11% of for sale by owner homes are actually sold.

Not only is it possible to make more money while using a realtor, there are other great benefits to consider. This picture wasn’t taken too far before my traumatic kayaking accident… Nonetheless, I had a blast! My family goes quite often and it’s always such a relaxing experience.

If you need a canoe/kayak recommendation, Barefoot Canoe in West Milton is great! I don’t personally use them anymore because I now have a kayak of my own, but I’ve used them in the past and they’ve always been awesome. 🛶

I was finally able to check out the trolls with two of my besties! If you’re in the Dayton area, I highly recommend taking a walk at Aullwood to see these amazing works of art. Such a great experience! 🧌🤍

Don’t forget to recognize your progress. Life isn’t always easy. We go through challenges, hardships, and loss, but we get through these things and come out stronger, smarter, and better. YOU ARE A WARRIOR. You’ve gotten so far and overcome so much. Just because you may feel like a failure, doesn’t mean you are one. There’s always a chance to turn around and make things go the way you want them. You’re capable of anything you set your mind to. All you have to do is start.

Think you yourself…
“What am I passionate about?”
“What is it that brings me the most joy?”
“Who uplifts me?”
“What is something I’ve always wanted to try?”

Do the things and speak to the people who make you happy. Life is wayyy to short to be doing things that don’t lift you up.
