A real estate entrepreneur based in Elkhart, Indiana. Josh established Creekstone Investments in 2004 as a real estate investment company. In 2005 Creekstone Realty was established for the purpose of having a hometown quality real estate firm that prides itself on being a local real estate company with select local real estate agents. He is proud to be in the business of helping others achieve their dreams. Josh has always had a passion for real estate and enjoys representing his clientele whether they are buying, selling, relocating or developing. Josh currently manages 65,000 square feet of retail space comprising of three retail shopping centers in the Michiana area. His clients enjoy the insight and experience that he brings to the management of investment properties, being an owner himself he knows how to best suit his client’s needs. In addition to his commercial real estate experience he has also been representing residential clients since 2005. Josh prides himself on the fact that he specializes in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to Creekstone, Josh served the community in many roles. He has been a Paramedic and Firefighter for sixteen years, and ten of those years he has served the City of Elkhart. Early in his career he worked in various roles in construction serving both residential and commercial clientele.
