I am a Northwest girl through and through, having lived on both sides of the Cascade Range. I have great love for both the eastern Washington town where I was raised and the greater Seattle area that has been my home for twenty years. Vashon Island has been a part-time home for several years, and I was thrilled when my family was able to make the move to full-time island living. I truly appreciate
the value of our smaller community along with its unique access to and influence of its urban neighbors. And my two kids are in heaven with all the fantastic resources and opportunities that their schools, sports and the wildlife around here provides. My background embodies the adventurous beauty and rebellious spirit that this area and its people offer. I have worked for the National Forest Service on timber crews and fought forest fires; I studied oceanic food webs for NOAA and conducted surveys on the Bering Sea; and I went to graduate school at the UW to protect juvenile salmon in Northwest estuaries. The strength and boldness I gained from these experiences have carried into my real estate career. In this market, there is great value in a savvy agent that can provide guidance and support. Purchasing or selling real estate inevitably puts us all in a vulnerable place – my mission and promise is to guide the process for you with grace, confidence, integrity and trust. I will truly hear and see your goals, act as your unending advocate, and work relentlessly to meet your needs. I’ve honed my real estate skills in the different markets of rural Vashon and urban Seattle, developing a keen eye for staging as well as confidence in pricing and negotiating. As we drive forward together, I am so happy to get to know you and honored to be part of your life’s adventures.
