It was an absolute honor representing my buyers in the purchase of their beautiful new waterfront property! 🌴🏡🌊

Pam came to me from a referral of a past client. One of the greatest compliments I can ever receive is when past clients and friends trust me enough to refer their family and friends my way. Referrals are the heart of my business, and I never take that trust lightly. ❤️

I care deeply about making sure every single client receives the absolute best care, communication, guidance, and experience possible throughout the buying and selling process. Whether someone is moving across town or relocating from out of state, I want them to feel supported every step of the way.

Welcome to Cape Coral, Pam! It has truly been a pleasure helping you with your move and guiding you through the purchase of your gorgeous waterfront home. I know you’re going to love this next chapter filled with sunshine, boating, pool days, beautiful sunsets, and being close to so many wonderful friends. ☀️🌴

Thank you again to my amazing clients and friends for your continued trust, referrals, and support. It truly means the world to me.🏠

JUST SOLD- LIST TO CLOSE IN 26 DAYS WITH ABOVE ASKING PRICE!!!🎉🙌

We hit the market and the response was immediate—multiple offers right out of the gate 🔥🏡

But instead of jumping on the first few offers, I advised my seller to trust the strategy and move forward with the open house we already had planned. This meant we stayed on the market a few extra days. The goal? Create even more exposure, bring in additional buyers, and let the market truly compete 👀✨

And that’s exactly what happened 🙌

The open house brought in even more interest, leading to multiple offers above asking price 💰⬆️ and strong backup offers in place. We ultimately secured a cash buyer 💵 and went from LIST TO CLOSE IN JUST 26 DAYS ⏱️👏

This is what happens when you price in the market—not above it just to “test the waters.”
It creates urgency, competition, and real leverage for the seller 📈💥

I’m so grateful to my sellers for trusting the process and allowing me to do what I do best ❤️ My background as a certified appraiser plays a huge role in this—understanding true market value and positioning a home to maximize results.

This is the difference ✨

✨ Happy International Women’s Day ✨

Today I’m feeling especially grateful for the opportunity to work alongside some truly incredible women. Every day I’m inspired by their strength, dedication, creativity, and the way they show up not only for their businesses but for their families and communities too.

I’m thankful for the friendships, the support, the laughter, and the reminder that when women lift each other up, amazing things happen.

To all the strong, hardworking, and inspiring women out there—today we celebrate you.

Cheers to the women who encourage, empower, and lead with grace. 🥂💐

Have you tried the newest coffee shop yet? ☕️

If you haven’t been, you are seriously missing out! The drinks are amazing, the vibe is cozy, and it’s the perfect little spot to catch up with friends or get a few things done. I love supporting our local businesses and this one is definitely worth the stop.
