Just another daily update to tell you nothing has changed... Ha ha, more sunshine and warmth, with high temps in the mid 80's. No rain in sight, and humidity in check for now.... Many will say this is the reason we live here.

New Listings are at the same level as the previous month but are up by 13% compared to last year, while Active Listings inventory increased by 9% from the previous month and is up 3% compared to last year.

* The number of units sold decreased from the previous month by 5% but has increased by 12% year over year. Inventory increased by 3% for the same time frame.

* Total Sales Volume decreased by 6% month over month but has increased by 19% year over year.

* Average Days on the Market were unchanged month over month but have increased since last year.
