I toured Palmera… and Here’s What Most Buyers Don’t Realize 👀

I walked through Palmera this week, and by the end of the tour, one thing was clear — this community feels different in person.

Homes here are starting in the mid–$400s, but the floorplans feel larger than you’d expect. The ceilings are high, the finishes are clean and coastal, and the layout just makes sense for everyday living.

But what really surprised my buyers?

The lifestyle.
