One year. One camera angle. One incredible transformation. 🌴✨

Over the past year, I captured the progress of Brightmore’s amenity center from the exact same location as it evolved from a construction site into the beautiful resort-style destination it is today.

Watching it all come together has been amazing, and seeing our residents now enjoying it makes the journey even more rewarding. From pools and pickleball to fitness, dining, and gathering spaces, it’s incredible to look back and see just how far we’ve come.

The Brightmore Amenity Center officially opened in January 2026, and this video tells the story of how it all became reality.

OakHeart Trail is a beautiful new 2.5-mile nature trail winding through Wellen Park, and Brightmore residents will enjoy direct access to it right from within the community through a private gated connection from the Brightmore Nature Trail.

It’s another great example of how Brightmore blends resort-style living with the natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle that makes Wellen Park so special.

☀️ Brightmore Update — The Red Lots Keep Growing ☀️

I’m posting the latest community map along with current pricing sheets because we’ve seen a big wave of activity lately — and a lot of the homesites buyers were “thinking about” are now SOLD.
