Don’t move to Pelican Pointe! The HOAs are ran by property management groups meaning no one on the main board lives in PP! They violated their own By-laws and skipped warnings and fines and went straight to a Settlement agreement and then litigation all for something the resident/guests stopped doing months prior. They had random home owners and board members taking pictures of the residents home every time they drove by which was 2-3 times a day, many of which don’t even live on the street so they went out of their way. The attorney for the HOA is a absolute C**t! Let me explain, she’s unethical and a liar making claims that we’re obviously abs verifiable false and tried to submit paperwork to get a final judgement from a judge without our or our attorneys knowledge. Yea we had to hire an attorney for $4,000 to fight being sued by the HOA for and I quote “Working on vehicles on the driveway at all manner of hours day and night”, “using the garage door for Ingressing and digressing only” (legal speak for entering and exiting) and finally for “having to much clutter in the garage”
The HOA then demanded the house guest move out or they would fine the resident into oblivion. (Because they can’t legally do so). So now the house guest has moved out and the resident is listing the house for sale immediately! Moral of the story don’t move to Pelican Pointe Santuary unless you like unethical, authoritarian N***s!
