👉🏽 I have been involved in builds from the ground up.
👉🏽 I have been doing construction since I was a kid.
👉🏽 I have been involved in a significant amount of remodels.
👉🏽 I will work on your side for negotiations, instead of for the builder.
👉🏽 I will be on your side to make sure everything happens for YOU.

Experience matters in new builds. Having a Realtor on your side can help you understand certain terms of the contract, help you with any problems, and be a great resource for the "what if" questions.

Do you know what you're looking at if it's still under construction, and if it's being done to your specifications? Was the light switch in the right spot? Do the finishes match your style? Are there any incentives being offered by the builder?
