Charlotte & Co. Real Estate was founded so I could focus on people, not transactions. My clients get my undivided attention and expertise - you won’t get passed on to a transaction coordinator or assistant after you sign a contract. Running my own business from home means I get to save money, control my fees and truly negotiate costs for my services. I have worked for a large volume boutique brokerage, a small mom and pop brokerage and two multi-national brokerages. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep dedication to putting my client’s needs first. My specialties include new construction, buyer representation, relocation and helping out-of-area clients through video tours, live walkthroughs, and clear, timely updates.
With a background in law enforcement and customer service, I bring professionalism, strong communication, and accountability to every real estate transaction. My passion for real estate began in Southern California through home remodeling and grew when I moved to Florida, where I earned my license and immersed myself in new construction and investing. Within five years I built a modular, a semi-custom and two spec homes. I love design, remodeling, and staying on top of trends.
Outside of work, I enjoy life in Wellen Park with my husband, Danny, and our pup, Charlotte—my sidekick and “Marketing Director.” I volunteer for Downtown Wellen special events as well as work events at the Atlanta Braves Training Facility.
