Walter Shepherd is a native of Jackson, MS, who prides himself on being a true Southern Gentleman. A BFA graduate of Florida State University, Walter has lived all over the world with almost a decade spent in NYC before making Sarasota home in 2014. The son of an architect and Realtor®, he has always had a passion for all things real estate.
