The ongoing drought crisis on the Colorado River is threatening water supplies for farmers in California and other states, and now some farmers are urging federal officials to focus on a One Dam solution.

However, it risks severely depleting Lake Mead, which could potentially lose the ability to generate electricity and deliver water to farms and cities in California, Arizona and Nevada. Environmental impacts are also a concern.

The world is heading towards a water crisis! In the US alone, the population has doubled over the past 50 years, while water consumption has tripled.

Sensor Industries harnesses data that we have collected and analyzed from over 500 million gallons of water usage to help commercial real estate owners, including apartments, senior living, affordable housing, student living and hospitality, find ways to waste less water.

Today we have over twenty five thousand commercial grade sensors in the field that help proactively identify leaks and detect significant water waste. Outside of saving significant potable water from an environmental perspective, our products help multifamily owners drive higher NOI by lowering water and sewer bills by 10% to 20%, reducing insurance premiums by 15% or more per anum, and lowering leak remediation costs while simultaneously enhancing the experience for residents and not requiring any change in resident behavior.
