Happy Father’s Day — from The Remedios Team

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the dads of The Remedios Team — three men who bring the same heart to their families that they bring to every client they serve. 🏡❤️

David Remedios, our team leader, grew up watching his father Peter build a real estate business after immigrating from Hong Kong. David followed that same path with a passion for soccer, coaching kids for years, and today he’s Pop to grandsons Oliver and Jayce. He treats this whole team like family — because to him, we are.

Bill Holling has sold real estate in Ventura County for over 40 years. He raised his two boys in Ojai with camping trips and motorcycle rides, has spent a lifetime in service to local nonprofit organizations, and recently came full circle — helping his own son Carter buy his first home.

Doug Miller is a dad of two young daughters and brings that all-in family spirit to everything he does. Whether he’s cooking up five-star meals, handling pickups and drop-offs, or bringing the girls along for the ride — including to work — they’re learning his strong work ethic from the very beginning. He’s teaching them his love of fishing, his oldest can already tie a mean fishing knot, and in return, she’s taught him how to braid her hair.

The best part of our job is helping families start, grow, and put down roots — and we’re lucky to work alongside dads who understand that better than anyone.
