I started working with Clive a few weeks before their wedding which was over a year ago.
We slowly got things lined up and after almost a year and half of preparation we started looking for their first home.
They knew where they wanted to live, it was just a matter of finding the right place.
After some searching, we found it.
Both of them are from San Diego so there was lots of phone calls, texts, emails and FaceTime.
Long story short, they found their home in Ventura, and they’re officially residents of Ventura County now.

This was a really cool experience, I actually met my clients husband playing pickleball I’d say over a year ago.
We had briefly discussed purchasing a condo in between some games which would be for their son. We both got busy and some time had passed by when finally the conversation resurfaced and I got to sit down with the couple and figured out what they were looking for.
Tom and Doris were some amazing clients and so easy to work with. I was so glad to help them find a second home and I’m thankful I’ll still get to see Tom on the courts (and hopefully not lose to him).
