I’m incredibly grateful to share that 2040 Olga St. in Oxnard is officially SOLD for 100% of the asking price, just 6 days after hitting the market!
But this sale was about so much more than a successful transaction.
This was a trust sale, and I want to sincerely thank my Sellers for trusting me with the responsibility of helping sell a home that once belonged to their mother, a home filled with so many memories, special moments, and years of family history. ❤️
