Not every real estate transaction is straightforward, and this one definitely came with its share of challenges!

My buyers were selling properties back East as part of a 1031 exchange, which meant coordinating multiple transactions, timelines, and a few unexpected delays along the way. Sometimes, no matter how carefully everything is planned, real estate throws you a few curveballs.
