With over 12 years experience in representing first-time buyers and experienced investors throughout Ventura County, I have the expertise to make your real estate dreams come true. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, and pride myself on applying honesty, integrity, and diligence in every transaction. Specializing in residential and residential income properties, I have experience in both

bank-owned and short sale properties, with a very strong track record of getting these challenging deals closed on behalf of my clients in the most expedient way possible. In 2011, I was recognized as a Top Sales Agent, receiving the President's Circle award for my consistent and outstanding sales performance. I was also named one of the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents, having been a top performer in the Ventura Regional office in 2010. I am an active member of both the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Recently, I was awarded Top Producer for the Ventura Berkshire Hathaway office for 2014. A Ventura native, I strive to improve the community beyond the real estate industry. As a current member of the Ventura Downtown Rotary Club, I was recently awarded the Good Rotarian of the Year and Paul Harris Fellow awards. I enjoy gardening, decorating, playing tennis, and spending time with my husband and four kids. Real estate allows me to engage in what I love most: business, design, sales, and--most of all--people!
