Briana Castellanos has real estate in her blood. She dove into the business at a young age, truly a “child of the industry”, and has never looked back. Her father owned a successful brokerage in Westlake Village that operated for thirty years. Her mom and step-dad are also active in real estate. She acquired her license right out of high school. Business thrived as she sold while attending Cal State University Channel Islands. She graduated with a degree in Business, and put her degree to good use. At twenty-one years old she wrote curriculum and implemented a new agent training program and facilitated a pre-licensing school for her Father’s Century 21 franchise where she began her career in management. Briana truly has been immersed in the real estate business her entire life. Being armed with the skills to easily develop personal relationships has served her well. Her philanthropic endeavors include sitting on the Board of Directors for Children’s Miracle Network and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She is also the 2014 Chair of the Young Professional Network for the VCCAR in addition to sitting on the education and affiliates committees in the past. She always finds joy in volunteering in the community and her church. Briana’s first love is her family. Being a positive role model is important to her. She is happily married to her husband Rafael and having 5 children has given her great multi-tasking skills. These skills are essential in her business dealings. Her experience in the business and motherly talents assures that she never gets frazzled, and can easily handle tough situations.
