As a retired American Airlines employee at the Santa Barbara Airport, I quickly learned the knack for listening. My training as an airline employee has been an asset in my attention to detail and follow-through. That job required perseverance, tenacity and negotiation, and communication skills. Today, as a real estate professional, I bring those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of clients. A focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate, I believe I am known for my intuition and diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as I create a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. My mantra is to be in touch and stay in touch. In addition to working at the local airport, I has been successful in operating a vacation rental for 19 years in Santa Barbara. There is a lot of follow up and details in vacation rentals and I truly met those demands, and enjoyed doing it. I am a So California native in love with the cultural, recreational and social opportunities Santa Barbara and Ventura provide. I am married to Mark Goetz, originally from Venice Beach, CA who has been an active realtor since 1989. We met when he was a listing agent at a home where I was a tenant in…best commission he has ever made. Perfection is an attribute that he strives for in all of his endeavors and he always enjoys a challenge. Whether you are looking for property in Santa Barbara or Ventura County, I would be happy to help secure the home of your dreams. Give me a call at (805) 886-5543 or email at [email protected]. Even if I don't have the property you are looking for I am happy to help you find out who does
Don't just hire a realtor - hire a team and accept nothing less than excellence!
