Naples City Office — Mon–Thu, 7:30 am–5:30 pm
Ballard City Office — Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–4:30 pm

Uintah County has released the Voter Information Pamphlet for Proposition #9, the proposed change in county government that will appear on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot.

The pamphlet is intended to help voters understand the ballot proposition and make an informed decision. The Voter Information Pamphlet, complete Optional Plan and additional educational materials are available on the Uintah County website.

October 27, 2026, Theodore Roosevelt's Birthday

November 11, 2026, Veterans Day

This exemption does not apply to Mill Creek Canyon or concessionaire operated campgrounds and day use sites.
