New in 2022: We have two multifamily builds coming soon in the city of Chicago, including Galewood Residential for developer Harlem Irving Companies. Designed by OKW Architects, Galewood Residential will have 125 apartments and 25 townhomes at Wabansia and Neva avenues on the city's far west side. Also on tap for 2022 is Wolcott Lofts, which will have 20 loft apartments designed by SPACE Architecture+Planning in Chicago's Ukrainian Village.

2022 is shaping up to be a busy year for multifamily developers - AND Kinzie Builders! We're breaking ground in the next few months on five new residential developments throughout Chicago, including Crystal Lake & Main, for developer Hamilton Partners, Inc. and Harlem Irving Companies, with BSB Design and RWG Engineering. The multifamily community will include a mix of 48 apartments and 51 townhomes in north suburban Crystal Lake.
