A little Thursday morning jam session with my girl.
I got started in real estate so I could “make my own schedule” while pursuing a music career. How delusional was I? I know. After years of gigging, recording, burnout eventually came, real estate got busy, and I decided to give up on that dream for a while.
Started a family and just like that, all of the sudden, it has been a long time since I’ve picked up a guitar, let alone performed on a stage. I miss it.
Life’s been stressful (and transparently, I’ve been feeling a bit down lately), so I decided to pick up the guitar again. It feels nice to go back to my roots.
Making this post makes me feel a bit vulnerable bc it’s been so long & I realize most of my followers probably don’t even know this side of me / my life (and that makes me sad). Music used to be such a huge part of my life.
Over the years I’ve been trying to make this as personal of a business page as possible. BUT I don’t think I’ve properly showcased my music here. Sooo this is me doing that. Here is my rendition of ‘Ain’t it Fun’ by Paramore.
