Inspection Day for our Buyer!!! 😁

During inspection day, a professional home inspector will be the one to take point in the inspection. If you’re a buyer or a buyers agent, attendance at the home inspection is a must.

After all, you’re going to live there, so you must see the property for yourself. There’s also a chance that you can get the seller to pay for repairs that must be done to your new home.

A home inspection generally takes about 2 to 4 hours so comfortable shoes 👟 are a must (oh no 👠)! After the inspection, your home inspector will draft up a written report which contains all of the information obtained from the inspection.

Below are some things that you should keep an eye out for during the inspection.

Ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
The property’s structural integrity
The roofing system
Walls, doors, and other physical attributes of the property

The more that your inspector can see, the better their report will be. If they have a complete report, it can help you better if there are problems to fix.

Since I was a little girl, some of my favorite memories were sitting with my dad and my sister, watching FIFA World Cup matches together. Every goal was met with loud cheers, excited shouts of "GOALLLL!", and pure joy. At the end of every tournament, my dad would always say, "Maybe someday we'll get to go."

This FIFA World Championship, that "someday" became a reality. 🏆

Being there together, experiencing the energy, the passion, and the excitement in person was something I'll never forget. Watching a match was incredible, but seeing my father's lifelong dream come true made it even more special.
