🚨 WHEN YOUR KITCHEN FAUCET GETS PROMOTED TO BATHTUB DUTY! 😂🛁

Well, that's one way to get a pull-down sprayer in your bathtub!

Just when I think I've seen it all during a home inspection… someone installs a KITCHEN FAUCET on the tub. 🤣

Creative? Absolutely.
Practical? That's debatable.
Something I expected to find? NOPE! 💀

I have SO many questions, but the biggest one is…
👇 WOULD YOU KEEP IT OR REPLACE IT?
A. Keep it! That sprayer could come in handy. 🚿
B. Replace it immediately!
C. I'm just here for the inspection entertainment. 🍿

🚨 What’s Hiding Underground?

You inspected the roof.
You checked the HVAC.
You looked at the electrical and plumbing...

But what about the sewer line buried outside the house? 👀

It’s one of those things most buyers never think about—until there’s a problem.

A sewer scope inspection uses a specialized camera to look inside the sewer line and can help identify visible concerns such as:

🔍 Root intrusion
🔍 Cracks or damaged piping
🔍 Offset connections
🔍 Debris or partial blockages
🔍 Areas of improper drainage/slope

And sewer repairs aren't exactly the kind of surprise anyone wants shortly after getting the keys. 💸

📣 Looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer / Web & Creative Partner

I’m looking for a talented freelancer or small creative business to work with my established home inspection company on an ongoing, as-needed basis.

I’m NOT looking for someone to take over my social media or completely manage my marketing. I actually enjoy doing a lot of that myself, but could use some inspiration at times! What I need is a go-to professional who can step in when a project goes beyond my Canva abilities or requires professional design/production skills.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can help with:

• Professional graphic design and brand materials
• Banners, flyers, brochures, postcards, handouts and other print-ready materials
• Large-format graphics and/or vehicle wrap design
• Creating or improving Canva templates that I can continue using myself
• Website updates, maintenance and occasional design changes
• Formatting and publishing blog posts
• Basic SEO knowledge is a big plus
• Maintaining an existing brand and visual identity rather than trying to completely reinvent it

Experience working with home inspectors, real estate, construction or other home-service businesses would be a HUGE plus.

This would be a freelance/contract relationship with ongoing work, not a full-time position. I’m open to working with someone locally or remotely—I care much more about finding the right fit.

I’d love someone creative, responsive, comfortable taking an idea and running with it, and interested in learning my business and brand over time.
