Grateful hearts over here today. This one wasn’t just a transaction — it was a real weight lifted for a family walking through a tough season.
Our sellers were navigating the emotional and logistical maze of selling their father’s home… power of attorney paperwork, constant repairs draining their time and money, and the stress that comes with feeling stuck. They had previously listed with another agent and spent over 70+ days on the market with no movement, no momentum, and (honestly) no proper presentation of the home.
