We had Limoncello at a restaurant in Cape Coral that serves it after dinner. I spoke to the lady that actually makes it and she shared the mixture so we wanted to try and make it ourselves.

She said to use Evervlear and cut it with vodka. You would think it wouldn’t be drinkable but it was great!!

Sooooo, Melissa Reynolds and I are making Limoncello!! I will update you all in 10 to 14 days.

Also a great reason to make lemon meringue pie with the left over lemons 🍋.

I didn’t realize it but I just hit 15,000 miles in my new/used grandma car!!! 😂 the person who owned this car before me only had 12,000 miles on it since buying it brand new in 2017. Insane, obviously they were not in real estate.
