Tim Burklew is a 3rd generation real estate advisor with a passion for helping people. Recently retired from owning and operating Golf Carts of Vero Beach, Tim decided to go back to his roots. Real estate has been in Tim's family for nearly 100 years. His mother, Pat Burklew, was a local real estate agent in Sebastian, his grandfather started many years ago and Tims’s father started Jack E. Burklew Realty, which had several offices throughout Brevard County. Tim is excited to finally follow in his family's footsteps and go full-time in the real estate industry.

Real estate has been in Tim's family for nearly 100 years. His mother, Pat Burklew, was a local real estate agent in Sebastian, and both his grandfather and father were real estate agents in the area. His father, Jack Burklew, owned Jack E Burklew Realty, which had several offices throughout Brevard County. Growing up listening to his family talk about the industry, Tim always knew that some day it would be his career.

HIS BEGINNINGS IN GOLF

Tim made a living for several years as a professional golfer. His claim to fame was winning the World One Club Championship in 1986 using a unique putting strategy that was featured in the Sport's Illustrated article, "Golf without a Caddie." He finished 2nd in 1987 and won the championship again in 1988, 1989 and 1990. Tim eventually had to leave his golf career due to an injury, but his love for the game remained. He and his wife, Anna, owned two Golf Country Clubs in New York state from 1998-2012. In 2012, they moved back home to Florida and started Golf Carts of Vero Beach.
